I have been pretty quiet in here as of late. Life is busy with a teenager and grade schooler. If it is not swim practice, swim meets, or weight lifting meets, it is CrossFit or church activities or me just trying to catch my breath! I have said it before and I will say it again, I feel like this stage of life is the craziest! And yet, I am incredibly thankful to be immersed in every single part of it! It goes so fast. It is hard to see while in the thick of it, but it really does.
So, when I do take on sessions, I am pretty selective these days. This family is pretty special to our family. They were our introduction to the world of CrossFit. We have come a long way since then, and still love it (after the work out of course, no one loves it during…lol)! Rocky is the kind of coach who has more faith in your abilities than you have in yourself! Everyone needs at least one cheerleader in their corner like that. If I am completely honest, in the beginning I hated, not hate, just did not love the days he coached. I think it was more that I was afraid of the work I would have to put in or the weight he was sure I could lift. In the end, it made me better……stronger. I did put my foot down on occasion, you have to be careful when you are at the mature age that I am, we don’t bounce back quite as quick as we used to. (You can laugh, I am totally cool with it:)
Rocky and Tiffany thought their family was complete, but not quite. They have 2 wonderful kids, but were ‘surprised’ with another addition on the way! Their family will be blessed with a baby boy in March and I am so happy for them! Congratulations you guys! I can not wait to meet baby Jack.
Hugs~Krista
Always shenanigans with these guys!
Tiffany is wearing pregnancy well!! And this light…….so dreamy!
The light was all kinds of beautiful, so I took a couple of shots I would not normally take. The sunset was beautiful and even this photo does not do it justice.
